Responsibilities

• Management Systems: Manage and develop our quality and environmental management systems to ensure compliance with relevant standards and legal requirements
• KPI & Monitoring: Collaborate with internal teams to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for our processes
• Deviation Management: Identify, analyze, and address deviations in processes or products, both internally and with our suppliers
• Documentation: Create and update work instructions to ensure clarity and consistency in quality work across all departments
• Audits: Lead and support internal, external, as well as customer and supplier audits. Ensure compliance with certifications (e.g., ISO) and drive continuous improvements in these areas
• Sustainability: Participate in the development and improvement of environmental management work in line with the company's sustainability goals
• Quality Initiatives: Drive or support improvement projects across the organization to enhance the quality of products, processes, and systems
• Problem Solving: Lead problem-solving efforts related to quality issues connected to customers, suppliers, or internal flows. Train and coach internal teams and suppliers to maintain a high-quality standard

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent competence acquired through experience
• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry and at least 5 years of experience as SQE/SQA
• Documented experience in quality assurance with responsibility for supplier quality
• Experience in problem-solving methodologies (e.g., PDCA, 5 Whys)
• Documented competence in relevant standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or AS9100
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
